On Tuesday, December 16th, 2025, the world lost a husband, a father, a father-in-law, a grandpa, and a dear friend to dementia. Charles "Chuck" Prop passed away peacefully in the company of loved ones. Chuck was a proud veteran of the United States Air Force and served during the Vietnam War. He was one of the kindest, most generous men this earth has ever seen, always willing to give the shirt off his back to someone in need. The world will never see another man as generous as Chuck.
Chuck raised two beautiful children, a daughter Sherry Anne and a son, James, with his wife of 57 years, Somboon. In addition to his two biological children, he helped raise three stepchildren, Michael, Jack, and Jel. Chuck's legacy of love, kindness, and generosity will live on in the hearts of all who knew him. He will be truly missed by his family, friends, and everyone whose life he touched.
Unfortunately, Chuck did not have a life insurance policy to help with end-of-life expenses. This GoFundMe will help our family offset burial expenses and provide some comfort during this difficult time. We thank you in advance for any donation, thoughts, or prayers you may be able to provide. Your support means the world to us as we honor Chuck's memory and celebrate his remarkable life.
