On the afternoon of Tuesday, January 5, 2021, Cecilia Cintron passed away in the arms of her children after a short but fiercely fought battle with cancer. She is survived by Olivia, Adam, and Sofia, all of whom continue to carry the love and legacy of their mother in their hearts.

Those that had the pleasure of knowing Cecilia know she was capable of making all around her feel safe, special, and valued. Her love was fiercely loyal and enduring, coupled with a patient heart and forgiving and welcoming spirit. The loss of Cecilia, fondly known as Lady, is felt in waves by all of those that she impacted, but none more than her kids, who have been strong and brave despite their immense loss, trauma and enduring heartbreak.

During these tumultuous times, it's difficult to imagine adding the burden of losing a parent to the heaviness we've all experienced over the last 12 months.
