We are heartbroken by the sudden passing of our beloved brother, Carlos Borges, who passed away this morning after suffering a catastrophic stroke. Carlos dedicated many years of service as a valued CIM employee before recently beginning a new chapter with the Baldwin Park Jail. He was deeply loved by his family, friends, and everyone who had the privilege of knowing him. During this incredibly difficult time, we are asking for support to help our family with funeral expenses and the unexpected costs that come with this devastating loss.
