With the heaviest of hearts we are forced to say goodbye far to soon to our boy, Carlos Antonio Ortiz (Our Charlie Boy) at only 16 years old was senselessly taken from us far to soon. Charlie was a bright light-always happy, always full of life-and he brought so much joy to everyone who knew him.

He has left us all heartbroken, as he was just beginning his life, with a beautiful future ahead of him. Baby boy, you will forever remain in the hearts of all of us who love you and hold you dear.
