It’s with a heavy heart that we share this.

Our work family and Camila’s closest friends and dearly loved ones are devastated today. We lost someone who was more than a colleague. She was a bright light who sincerely changed the many lives she touched.

Camila Najarro was only 28 years old. She was determined, driven, hard-headed in the best way, and incredibly thoughtful. Everything she did was for her 8-year-old daughter, Aliyah. Every move she made, every late night, every goal, every step forward, was with her daughter in mind. Her dream was to take Aliyah to Disneyland. She talked about it often, picturing the smile on her face. Sadly, she never got the chance.

Camila was a daughter, she was a mother, leader, a mentor, and a protector. She managed insurance agents across the country and made it her mission to help people by teaching accountability and ownership to new and existing small business owners. She cared deeply about people. She believed in everyone around her, even when they didn’t believe in themselves. She challenged people to be better and was successful at it.

She had an incredible voice. She loved to sing, though she was shy about sharing it. This year was supposed to be her breakout year. She had just stepped into a new role she thrived in. She found her confidence again, rebuilding her life, and creating something beautiful, for her and Aliyah.

Camila was the kind of person who’d stop for a stray dog, move mountains to help a struggling teammate, and still check on you after a hard day. She fought for people behind the scenes, often when they didn’t even know it. She gave so much of herself to others, and now it’s our turn to give back.

Her life insurance policy was taken out in January of 2024. Unfortunately, it will not cover this kind of passing. So the funds she had in mind for her daughter won’t be there. With her family’s permission, we’ve started this fund to support funeral expenses and create a trust for her daughter’s future.

Every dollar raised will go directly to her family to help ensure that Aliyah has the security and opportunities Camila worked so hard to build for her.

If you ever crossed paths with Camila, or even if you didn’t, please consider donating or sharing her story. Let’s make sure her legacy lives on through her daughter, and let Aliyah know that her mother was loved, admired, and will never be forgotten.

Camila, you’ll always be part of our work family. Your parents, your siblings, Luis, and your baby Aliyah, along with your closest friends, love you and miss you dearly. We’ll carry your spirit forward and help care for Aliyah, the little girl you loved more than anything.

Aliyah, if you read this one day, please know this: your mom loved you with everything she had. You were her reason, her joy, and her world.
