It is with profound sadness that we share the passing of Bud Thompson.  He tragically passed on January 16th 2026 in Whittier, California, at the age of 95.  Our family is heartbroken, and we are still trying to come to terms with a loss that feels impossible to put into words. Bud was deeply loved and highly respected; his presence brought comfort, laughter, and meaning to the lives of so many.

We have created this page as a way for those who loved Bud to come together in support and remembrance.  Any support given will help the family cover the memorial and funeral arrangements.  

We understand that everyone grieves differently, and there is absolutely no expectation to give. Your kind words, shared memories, prayers, and love are just as meaningful to our family.  Every message we receive reminds us of the love surrounding Bud and the lasting impact that he has had on those who knew him.
