In loving memory of Brock Lyons

It is with heavy hearts that we share this

On Friday 9th August at 7:55pm Brock Lyons left on his final adventure and gained his wings after being involved in a car accident in NSW.

Brock has left a giant hole and shattered hearts in the lives of those who loved and knew him.

This is a really tough time for the family who have to make tremendous sacrifices, unable to work and complete their day to day obligations as they wait to make all the appropriate arrangements as well as get Brock home while also trying to process the unexpected and life shattering loss of their son and brother.

I ask you all seeing this post if you could kindly spare a little donation, any small amount can go so far, the family will greatly appreciate any help they can receive.

For those wondering about a funeral, the coronial process in NSW is quite a drawn out process. He needs to be transported to Newcastle, and the expected timeline is about 2 weeks once they receive him. The family have had several dealings with the NSW Coroner's in the last few years, and it's been between 12 days and 3 weeks before people were sent home to their families. This time frame has been reinforced when speaking with authorities but they won't know for sure until he arrives in Newcastle sometime next week

The family are asking people speak his name. Remember him. Talk about him. Don't let him be forgotten. Don't be afraid to speak to any of his family members about him, share pictures, videos stories, anything.

The family don't have any expectations but as his friends we want to do what we can for a family who deserve a hand up during this time and a little help goes a long way and is greatly appreciated. ❤️
