Our family recently experienced an unexpected and heartbreaking loss with the passing of my ex-husband, the father of our two children. Although we were no longer married, we remained incredibly close, and his loss has left a hole in all of our lives that words can’t truly describe.

He was someone who impacted so many people throughout his life. The amount of love, messages, calls, and support we’ve received has been overwhelming in the most beautiful way. So many people have reached out asking how they can help or support our family during this time, and after much thought, we decided to create this GoFundMe.

As we navigate this unimaginable grief, we are also facing the financial burden of funeral expenses and a celebration of life so his family, friends, and children can properly honor and remember him.

Most importantly, our two children are now facing life without their father, and I am now carrying the responsibility of raising them on my own while helping them navigate this unimaginable loss emotionally and mentally.
