In the early morning hours of May 22nd, our community suffered an unimaginable tragedy. Brad Palmer, just 18 years old, was tragically was struck by a wrong-way driver suspected by OHP to be under the influence at the time. He was in the car alongside three of his close friends while traveling on the interstate. All four friends lost their lives due to this accident.

Brad had just graduated from El Reno High School with the Class of 2026 only last week and was preparing to begin an exciting new chapter of life after signing to play football at Langston University this fall. He had so much ahead of him, and his loss has devastated everyone who knew and loved him.

Anyone who knows Brad’s family knows the kind of people they are — caring, loyal, hardworking, and always there for others. Brad and his siblings had already endured the heartbreaking loss of their mother years ago, and now this family is facing another unimaginable tragedy with the sudden loss of Brad. Brad lived with his grandmother, who is now faced with the devastating task of laying her grandson to rest far too soon. We are creating this fundraiser to help ease the financial burden of funeral and memorial expenses during this incredibly painful time. Any support, prayers, donations, or shares mean more than words can express to the family and loved ones grieving this loss.

Brad will be remembered for the impact he had on those around him, the future he was working toward, and the people who loved him deeply. We hope to honor his memory by helping support the family he loved so much.

This fundraiser was organized by Terry and Cacey Hubbard, on behalf of Brad's siblings and grandmother. All funds go directly to Brad's older brother, Tee Palmer, to cover funeral and memorial expenses.
