With the heaviest hearts, I share the passing of my fiancé, Bill Mesko (Billy boy, my bestest friend). He was my best friend, my partner in life, and the person I shared so many dreams and memories with. A piece of me went with him, and I will miss him forever. Bill had the biggest heart of anyone I’ve ever known and was always the first to lend a helping hand to anyone in need. He truly could fix anything — whether it was a car, a project around the house, or something broken for a friend. Being a handyman wasn’t just a skill for him, it was who he was. Helping others came naturally to him, and he did it with genuine kindness and generosity.
He was also my travel partner and adventure buddy. We loved exploring new places together, making memories, and dreaming about the trips we would take in the future. Those moments will forever be some of the most cherished memories of my life. Our three pugs — Auggie, Asher, and Ace — meant the world to him. The bond he shared with Auggie, our first pug, was something truly special and impossible to put into words. Anyone who saw them together could feel the love. Our dogs weren’t just pets to him; they were family, and he adored them deeply.
As we navigate this unexpected loss, we are preparing arrangements to honor his life with the love and respect he deserves. The costs associated with the viewing, funeral services and wake are more than we are able to manage alone right now. For those who have asked how they can help or support during this time, we created this page. Any contribution, prayer, or share is appreciated more than we can express. Our only wish is to give him the farewell that reflects how precious he was and how very loved he will always be. Thank you for your kindness, support, and for helping us celebrate his life and memory. Chelsea, Auggie, Asher, Ace & Family
