It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of our father, Benjamin Ruelas. As we mourn the tremendous loss of our dad, we are seeking support to lighten the financial burden on our mom, Catherine Ruelas, and to cover his afterlife expenses.

Our dad was the most caring and loving person who was a great friend to everyone he met. He passed away March 9, 2024 leaving behind a wife, 5 children, and 1 grandchild along with his siblings, mother, friends and a loving community. He was a selfless, kind, funny, hardworking man who always saw the good in everyone he met. He would quite literally give the shoes and shirt off of his back to those in need, and he is already greatly missed.

It is with a heavy heart that we ask not only for donations but for prayers as our family puts his body to rest. If you are able to donate it would be greatly appreciated.
