On July 18, 2020 Barbara Ann Johnson departed this world leaving an everlasting imprint.  For 69 years Barbara was nothing short of an amazing woman, who always spoke her mind and that's how you knew she loved you.  She was never a stranger to hard work and instilled those same characteristics in her family and close friends. Though she is physically absent from the world , she will forever live on through her  2 daughters Lakisha Hilliard and Danita Lewis, her 6 Grandchildren, and her 13 Great Grandchildren.  Barbara worked for Sodexo Hospitality Company for 40 years where she served and cooked in the cafeteria, something she enjoyed the most. Even when she wasn't working in the cafeteria you could find her in the kitchen at home frying up a steak and onions for anyone who would eat, and even if you weren't hungry she made sure you had a hot meal.  At this time the family is asking for any contributions to cover funeral cost and other expenses, no donation is too small. Please help the family give Barbara the proper send off she deserves. Lakisha Hilliard will be in charge of final expenses and appreciates all the financial support that will allow her mother to be laid peacefully.
