On the morning of August 10th 2025, our hearts broke with the news we had been dreading - our beautiful Silas passed away peacefully at 6am, cradled in love.

Silas was the precious son of Virgine Kenworthy and Jayson Jordan, and baby brother of Lucien.

From the moment he arrived, Silas touched out hearts with his gentle spirit and extraordinary strength. He was born with a rare metabolic condition that meant his tiny body could not convert lactate into energy. This slowly damaged his cells, and despite every effort and all the love in the world, there is no known treatment for this cruel disease.

Silas' time was far too short at a little over 5 weeks, but his impact was immeasurable. He brought a depth of love and connection to our family that will remain forever. His courage, his light, and his memory will always guide us.

We are raising funds to help Virginie and Jayson at this difficult time - to cover funeral expenses, support them in the weeks ahead, and give Silas the farewell he deserves. Any contribution, no matter the size, will ease the burden and show this family they are surrounded by love.
