In Loving Memory of Baby Matthew (Papa)

On Tuesday, April 15th, sweet Matthew—affectionately known as “Papa”—passed away unexpectedly in his sleep. He was just 2 ½ years old.

Matthew was a bright, joyful little soul who brought so much love and laughter into his family’s life. He was the only son to his parents and the beloved twin brother to Mylah, his constant companion and other half. His sudden passing has left a deep hole in the hearts of everyone who knew and loved him.

As you can imagine, his family is absolutely heartbroken. While they try to process this unimaginable loss, they are also doing everything they can to stay present for their two young daughters—including Matthew’s twin—who still need their love, strength, and stability more than ever.

We are asking for support—not just for the costs that come with loss, but to help this family breathe. To give them space to grieve. To make sure they don’t have to worry about meals, bills, or basic needs while they focus on healing and holding their girls close.
