With broken hearts but faith in God’s promises, we share that my sweet Aunt Laura was called home to be with the Lord after her time in the ICU. While our hearts are shattered by her loss, we take comfort in knowing she is now healed, whole, and resting in the presence of Jesus.

Laura was a woman of love, faith, and selflessness. She touched so many lives and was the most amazing mom, grammy, sister, aunt, and friend, and her absence leaves a deep ache in all of our hearts.

During her final days, she fought bravely, surrounded by love and prayer. Though we prayed earnestly for healing on this side of Heaven, God had other plans, and we trust His will—even in our grief. As Scripture reminds us, “To be absent from the body is to be present with the Lord.” (2 Corinthians 5:8)

We are asking for support to help our family with funeral and memorial expenses, as well as medical costs from her ICU stay. Any donation, no matter the size, is a blessing and helps lift a heavy burden during this time of mourning.
