Hi family and friends, on behalf of my family, We would like to communicate the passing of our brother,  Arturo Rios Rocha, He was diagnosed with Liver Cirrhosis, unfortunately for us he kept it to himself, and suffered his disease alone, until he could no longer hold it in, and had to confess to us his disease, but by then it was too late, and we couldn't help him, because it was to advance...So we come to you, with our broken hearts and shattered souls...
