In loving memory of Aqeel

Aqeel Shaikh tragically lost his life on Tuesday 25th August. Aged only 44, Aqeel was best friend to many. He had been busy with the arrival of his new born daughter Mariam, born only 3 days before his demise. 

In order to bring something positive at this devastating time for his family, we have set up a fund so that all of his many friends can show their support for Aqeel and his family. Nothing can fill the gap left in everyone’s lives by this unbearable tragedy but it will, we hope, allow as many people as possible to show their love and support for the family as they try to come to terms with this utterly tragic loss. His love, kindness and generosity has touched many hearts indeed. 

All the funds raised will be used to support Aqeel’s family  both now and for their future. Thank you for any contribution that you can make.
