Hello everyone,

My name is Stacey. I am Courtney's mother and Anthony's mother-in-law. I am sad to say that Anthony unfortunately left us after a hard fought battle with cancer.

As you may know, Anthony was diagnosed in January with late stage embryonal carcinoma testicular cancer. He started his battle in February, and with treatment and surgery was almost completely in remission by summer. By fall unfortunately the cancer cells had spread to his brain, and although surgery was done with success, the cancer continued to spread which lead to irreversible brain damage and aspiration pneumonia, and put Anthony on life support. Anthony passed away peacefully on December 29, 2023, surrounded by his loved ones.

Anthony was a generous and loving man, always willing to lend a helping hand to those who needed. He was a wonderful son and brother to his parents and siblings, and a doting father to their daughter. He would play Barbies, have tea parties and the occasional Nerf battle when she wanted. Whenever he would pick her up from my house after work, Ana was so excited to see her Daddy and would rush in for a hug.

He was a wonderful son-in-law who you could tell cherished Courtney and was so happy when they were engaged.

I am fundraising to help alleviate some financial stress of his final expenses and memorial costs, and help get Courtney and Ana started on their new journey.
