Dear Friends and Family,

We gather to celebrate the extraordinary life of Anish, a remarkable individual whose strength and resilience inspired us all. Diagnosed with cancer in 2010, Anish fought bravely, achieving remission and proving that hope can lead to incredible triumphs.

When cancer returned in 2019, he faced it with unwavering determination, undergoing a stem cell transplant from his brother. In late 2023, he received another transplant from his son, Suraj, but sadly, his body rejected it. Despite the odds, Anish continued to inspire us until he passed away at the age of 43 on February 21, 2025.

In his final moments, Anish expressed a heartfelt wish to have his ashes spread in the waters of India alongside his beloved mother, who was only 48 when she lost her battle with cancer.
