In Loving Memory of Andy Johnson

Andy ( my dad) will always be remembered for his courage and a consistent smile on his face through every battle he has faced in the last ten years.

In 2013, my father was in a life-changing accident that left him paralyzed from the chest down. I will forever admire his strong outlook on life and perseverance through the years. He was and will always be my family's hero.

It is with deep sadness that I tell you Andy Johnson passed away very peacefully in his sleep Saturday night, August 20th, at home.

He has been in and out of the hospital several times in the last couple of months, and while he always put up a valiant fight, his body was wearing out.

There truly is no amount of time that could have ever prepared our family for the loss of him and his sunshine.

Some friends and family have reached out and asked where they can donate to help during this time. I have created a gofundme to help with funeral/memorial costs and a donation to the Methow Valley Community Center for letting us use their space to honor the bright life of my father.

I will be spreading his ashes in Priest lake, Idaho, per my dad's request. A place that we held near and dear to our hearts with many memories and love shared.
