My name is Elizabeth, and I'm creating this GoFundMe in loving memory of my brother, Andres Martinez 4/27/85-1/11/26

Andres was a loving father, brother, and son. He loved his children deeply, and losing daily contact with them changed him in ways we could never fully heal. After his children were taken to Mexico and communication was cut off, he struggled with deep depression and heartbreak. Even when his children secretly reached out to him asking for help, he felt powerless-despite doing everything he could, including hiring a lawyer and fighting through the legal system.

Over the past year, my brother fought for his life in more ways than one. He survived three near-death experiences, showing incredible strength and resilience. Sadly, this year, his battle became too heavy to carry.

We are raising funds to help cover funeral and memorial expenses and to support our family as we grieve this unimaginable loss.
