In Loving Memory of Andrea Barker-Barstow
A TRIBUTE TO ANDREA LYNN BARKER-BARSTOW
This fundraiser is to help with expenses, and ease any financial stress on the family during this time of hardship. We're putting a beautiful soul and spirit, our beloved Andrea Lynn Barker-Barstow, to rest as a family. Andrea Lynn Barker-Barstow went through life giving hope and happiness to others. Nineteen years ago Andrea was diagnosed with cancer and was told that she wouldn't have much time to live. With her drive, spirit, and determination she refused to give up so she decided that she would fight and committed to a raw vegan diet. Her cancer went into remission, but unfortunately came back. Andrea decided to receive radiation treatment in addition to her vegan diet to continue the fight, and it was successful, God blessed her with life as the cancer went back into remission. You would never know how much she had been through because of the smile always on her face, and her motivation to enjoy every day with the loved ones around her. Andrea lived life with passion! She fell in love with an amazing man, Scott Barstow, and together they were able to live her dream by purchasing their first home in beautiful California. She enjoyed having friends over for karaoke, dancing, riding her motorcycle, drinking the best bloody Mary's around, but most of all spending time with her family and close friends. A heart breaking moment came when Andrea Barker was recently diagnosed with COVID, and unfortunately it was too much for her body, but her spirit will live on forever.
Andrea Lynn Barker-Barstow celebrated life, and we will all continue to do the same in her honor. I know it would mean the world to Andrea in knowing that her family and friends came together as one. All donations will go directly to Andrea's mother, Janet Rodenkich, and Scott Barstow. They'll be accepting donations until August 10, 2021 to help with the Celebration of Life.
