In Loving Memory of Amy Volpe

On Tuesday, September 29th the world lost an amazing friend, teacher, colleague, aunt,  cousin, grandmother, mother and wife- Amy Volpe. Amy was a special education teacher for many years, helping countless children.  She was an amazing friend and colleague, always willing to lend a hand. She was a fighter and a proud breast cancer survivor, even working all through her chemo and radiation treatments. Most importantly, she was a loving wife to her husband Joe, a.k.a "Old Man," an amazing, selfless mother to Adam, Leah and Katie and an adoring grandmother to Kairi and Nathan, for whom she would move heaven and earth. A short battle with Leukemia took her away from us far too soon. We will never forget her, and she will live on in the countless lives she has touched.
