After a courageous battle with cancer, Amber passed away peacefully on June 23, 2018 at The Carpenter Hospice in Burlington at the age of 48.
Cherished daughter of Daniel and Patricia Boyle, formerly of Burlington. Dedicated and loving mother of Talycia (Oliver Grist) and Autumn Dookie. Amber will be greatly missed by her brother Brent Boyle (Elle How), nephews Michael and Brian Boyle, as well as many aunts, uncles, cousins, friends and colleagues.
In keeping with Amber’s wishes, cremation has taken place.
A Celebration of Life will be held on her birthday, September 13. As an expression of sympathy, donations to The Carpenter Hospice would be appreciated.
My mother always supported and cared for Autumn and I even to her final days. When we where unable to care for her the wonderful staff at the Carpenter Hospice (in Burlington) stepped in and provided wonderful care for my mom. They were kind, respectful and understanding of our situation.
We would love to give back to the place that made my moms last few weeks as comfortable as possible. We are asking for donations made towards Carpenter Hospice in memory and expression of sympathy in my mothers name.
Any small amount would go a long way towards the Hospice's new renovations and providing compassionate care to families to come.
