Alice Serwaa- A Mother Taken Too Soon

Donation protected
On the 4th of December, our beloved Alice Serwaa set out on what was meant to be a simple, joyful journey. She was travelling from Accra back to Kumasi after spending precious time with family during her holiday in Ghana. Tragically, that journey ended in an unimaginable road accident.
Alice lost her life at the scene, alongside two other family members who were travelling with her. The shock and pain of that day are beyond words. The only survivor was Alice’s younger brother, who remains in hospital fighting for his life. His recovery is uncertain, and the emotional and financial strain on the family continues to grow.
Alice’s sudden passing has left a family completely shattered — and most heartbreakingly, it has left two little girls, aged just 4 and 6, without their loving mother. Alice was more than a mother. She was a kind, selfless, and hardworking woman whose life was dedicated to caring for others. Living in Leeds and working at Leeds Teaching Hospital, Alice spent her days supporting patients with compassion, patience, and warmth. Her smile could light up a room, and her gentle spirit touched everyone who had the privilege of knowing her. Her daughters were her world.
Everything Alice did was for them — their safety, their happiness, and their future. Now, these two young children must face a life no child should ever have to endure: growing up without their mummy’s love, guidance, and protection.

We are raising funds during this incredibly painful time to help support Alice’s family and, most importantly, to secure a stable future for her daughters.

Your donations will help to:
 • Provide care, stability, and essential support for Alice’s two young daughters as they navigate life without their mother.
•Cover funeral and memorial arrangements, allowing Alice to be laid to rest with dignity and love.
•Support the family as they cope with the emotional and financial burden of this tragedy.

•Assist with medical and recovery costs for Alice’s injured brother, who remains in hospital Every contribution, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference.

Even a small donation can help provide comfort, security, and hope during this devastating time.
