In Loving Memory of Alexander "Sandy" MacGregor

Alexander "Sandy" MacGregor was an amazing man, known for his intellect, generosity and kindness. A
beloved husband, father, grandfather and friend, he passed away far too soon. Loved and respected by all
those he touched, he will be deeply missed. 

To honour his life and legacy, in lieu of flowers, we are asking for donations to purchase a piece of life saving equipment or create a “Family Room” at the Northumberland Health Centre.

As Sandy’s family, we had access to amazing equipment and a quiet space that were a source of comfort
during such a difficult time. The equipment used in the ICU gave Sandy the best chance of recovery possible and the room we had near him was a saving grace, giving us the privacy we needed to support, grieve and
love each other in his final days. We are truly grateful for that time, and we want other families to have the same opportunity.

We are working with the Northumberland Health Center to determine was is most needed. This memorial
item will be located in the hospital in Cobourg, the community Sandy loved and where he and his beloved
wife Eliane raised their family and still call home. The room or equipment will be dedicated in his name.
