With tears in my eyes and a broken heart I created this account to share that on February 21st, 2026, my sister lost her one and only child. Her 13 year old daughter, Adriauna Jackson, to suicide.

There are no words strong enough for this kind of loss. Our family is shattered, and my sister is living every mother’s worst nightmare. Adriauna was our world. Her smile filled every room she walked in. Her laugh was contagious. She was so silly, kind, and always ready to help. She poured her heart into soccer and ballet her whole life. she even recently devoted her life to god. She was recently baptized and was growing into such a beautiful young woman. She was attending 8th grade at Nisqually Middle School, her absence is being felt deeply by everyone who knew her. She grew up alongside my children and spent every big and small moment with them. The silence she has left behind is impossible to describe.

In the days since her passing, we’ve realized she was carrying struggles we didn’t fully see. If anything can come from this devastation, we pray it’s deeper awareness and protection for our children’s mental health. No child should ever feel alone. Sarah devoted her life to her daughter. She would never ask for help herself, but so many have reached out asking how to support her. The funds raised will go toward funeral expenses and helping her navigate this unimaginable grief.
