We have been left with an Adam-sized hole in our hearts - one that can never be filled.

As many of you know, Adam was involved in a motorbike accident in England a week ago and heartbreakingly passed away a few days later in hospital. His loss has been sudden, shocking, and devastating beyond words.

This is an incredibly harrowing time for Lucy and the boys. Adam was a man of immense character - a big personality with an even bigger heart. Humble, kind, loved and respected by all, he was the first to lend a hand and the last to ask for anything in return. His generosity knew no bounds.

His passing still doesn’t feel real. We find ourselves expecting him to walk through the door with his warmth and humour at any moment.

Lucy and the boys would love nothing more than to bring Adam home to Australia, so he can be celebrated properly - surrounded by the mates who loved him, in the place he called home. Unfortunately, during this period of deep grief, accessing necessary funds has proven to be slow and difficult.

This page has been created with Lucy’s permission, though asking for help in this way is incredibly hard for her. Those who know Lucy and Adam know just how generously they have always poured their time, love and care into others - never expecting anything in return.

Now, it's our turn to surround them with that same love and support.
