Adam Lawrence Goldenberg, age 32, passed away suddenly on Monday, January, 7, 2019 in West Windsor, NJ.
Adam was a graduate of the Pingry School in Martinsville. He attended Cornell University and subsequently received an Associate's Degree in Management from the Culinary Institute of America.
Restaurants were his passion ever since he was a young child, and at age 15 he was managing the local ice cream parlor. He enjoyed the atmosphere and challenge of the restaurant industry, where his personality and people skills made him successful in many food service endeavors, including working with the prestigious Harvest Group as a Director of Training, Manager, and GM in several restaurants. After relocating to Plainsboro with his young family, he most recently was the General Manager for Panera Bread Company in West Windsor.
His greatest joy in life was spending time with his wife and children - cooking, playing games, and having fun. He was adored by his family and was a truly incredible dad, husband, and son as well as a valued and respected true friend.
Survived by his loving wife Cordelia Schore; children Logan Samuel and Liliana Rosie Goldenberg.
