Our family experienced an unimaginable tragedy this morning when my husband was shot and killed in a workplace shooting in Manassas. He was only 33 years old.

Just days before, we were together celebrating our son’s 10th birthday. In a matter of moments, our lives changed forever.

He was a devoted father and life partner who loved his family deeply. He leaves behind our 10-year-old son and our daughter, who will soon be 3 years old. Above everything else, he loved being their dad. Knowing that our children now have to navigate life without their father is a reality I am still struggling to comprehend.

This loss was completely sudden and unexpected, and our family is now facing not only an incredible amount of grief, but also the many unexpected responsibilities and expenses that come with losing someone so suddenly.

This GoFundMe has been created to help support our family during this incredibly difficult time. Funds raised will go toward funeral and Celebration of Life expenses, immediate household and family needs, and helping provide stability and support for our children as we begin navigating life without him.
