In Loving Memory of Our Mother and Grandma, Poer Pheach
Today, March 5, 2026, our family lost our beloved mother and grandmother, Poer. She was the heart of our family — sarcastic, strong, incredibly loving, and always ride-or-die for the people she cared about. She was a proud mother of 9 children (5 boys and 4 girls) and a grandmother to 28 grandchildren who loved her deeply. Pheach was also a survivor of the Khmer Rouge genocide. She escaped the war and came to America with three of her children to start a new life, rebuilding from nothing and creating a legacy of strength, resilience, and family that continues through generations.
She loved the simple joys of life — sushi and sake, the beach, the park, flea markets, and thrift store treasures. You could often find her in her fluffy socks and beanie, smelling like her favorite expensive perfume. Our family is raising funds to help cover funeral and memorial expenses as we honor her life and the incredible legacy she leaves behind. Any support means the world to our family during this difficult time. If you’re unable to donate, sharing this page and keeping our family in your thoughts is deeply appreciated. Thank you for helping us celebrate the life of an extraordinary woman. Rest peacefully, Grandma Pheach. Your love will live on through all of us.
