We honor and commemorate our loving mother, grandmother, wife, sister, and friend - Laura Martinez Aragon.
COVID-19 has impacted our family deeply, and we thank you for those who have been praying endlessly. Thank you to those who have reached out and to those who have helped us out throughout these really hard times.
I have set up this site for any of those who would be able to donate for my mothers memorial and funeral expenses. The viewing will be on the December 27, 2020 From 5pm to 7pm and the burial will be on December 28, 2020 at 11:30 am (please be there at 11am)
This account will be sent to Elsa Aragon, the eldest daughter of Laura M. Aragon.
We are comforted in knowing that my mother Laura will be reunited with our loving father, her husband Luis O. Aragon, and her two brother’s Ernie Martinez and Tavas Martinez, as well as her Father Ernesto Martinez, and her Mother Inez J. Martinez.
She left behind four daughters, Elsa Aragon, Maricruz Aragon, Rebeca Aragon, and Veronica Aragon. Four grandkids Alannah Aiono, Sergio Bustos, Inez Aiono, and Octavio Aiono.
Our mother was admitted to the hospital on November 9th 2020 due to Covid19 and was there fighting until December 17th 2020 when our mother decided she no longer could continue and was exhausted from fighting so hard. She passed away at 1:33 pm. All four of us daughters were able to be in the room of her passing to fulfill her wish of not passing alone.
Our mother was truly a strong, amazing, funny women! And a fighter! All the Dr.’s and nurses said it themselves, and one of the nurses told her,
“ You are my hero, you are the longest in this hospital to keep trying and not give up and I will always remember you”.
And we couldn’t agree anymore with him, because she truly is our hero and we are going to miss her tremendously. We have always said
”what would we do without you mom”
but never did we imagine it would be this soon.
We ask for you to continue to pray for our family and all of those who continue to battle COVID-19.
Thank you!
I will have more details on my moms viewing and Burial the beginning of this week
