As our community continues to mourn the loss of our brilliant, irreplaceable friend - Celeste's amazing family (her beloved sisters and mother) have travelled to Oakland CA to assist with memorial planning as well as manage Celeste's affairs.

We have asked the family if we could run this fundraiser on their behalf to ease their burden as far as memorial and funeral costs, travel and lodging expenses, and more. ALL of the proceeds from the GoFundMe will go directly to the family to cover those costs. Any excess funds will be donated (at the family's discretion) to a charity or cause that would have resonated with Celeste, such as combating houselessness in Oakland.
