It is with heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Bena Andrade, who left this world on July 29, 2025, surrounded by family and love. Just a few months ago, on April 10th, Bena underwent lung surgery due to cancer. Despite her strength and the treatments she endured — including whole brain radiation and a painful femur fracture caused by cancer in her bones — her time with us was far too short. She fought with grace and resilience until the very end.

To everyone who knew Bena, she was a light. Her smile could brighten even the darkest room, and her energy was unmatched — warm, welcoming, and full of life. She was someone who truly cherished every moment spent with family & friends . One of her greatest joys was the beach & playing bingo those memories will forever live in our hearts.

As we begin to navigate life without her, we are raising funds to help cover the cost of Bena’s funeral and a celebration of life that will truly reflect the vibrant spirit she was. We want to give her the sendoff she deserves — one filled with love, music, memories, and community.
