Dear friends and family,

As many of you know, our dear Claire Diana Stewart Moore passed away yesterday (Tuesday, April 14th).

We all know what an amazing person she was — a gift and a blessing to all who met her.

We have created this GoFundMe to help cover both immediate costs and to provide Claire's lovely daughter Grace with support as she completes high school and heads to college.

If you feel moved to contribute and/or share this with others who may wish to join us, we are deeply grateful. We are hoping to be able to help Grace keep the Brooklyn apartment her mother is leaving to her.
