In lieu of flowers help Chantel Med/Funeral cost

Our beloved Chantel Kemp -Simmons recently passed on September 28th 2019, Chantel was a wonderful daughter, sister and friend who touched the lives of those around her.

Chantel dedicated her life to helping others. She spent most of her time volunteering where ever she was needed, always donating blood, worked with many on mission trips assisting with sex trafficking organizations with the church, United Way, Salvation Army and was an advocate for kids in need. Sadly due to her long battel with Diabetes, developed into Kidney failure, resulted to her untimely death.

We are devastated by the loss of Chantel and were not prepared for the high cost of medical and funeral service. Our goal is to give Chantel the memorial she deserves, to honor her memory and say our last goodbyes.

I am currently asking for donations in lieu of flowers to help cover both medical and funeral cost. Please share this fundraiser with others who knew her. Funeral is scheduled for Saturday October 19, 2019 @ 11am.
