In lieu of flowers for Bobby’s son’s future.

With a very heavy heart, as many of you already know, after fighting a good fight since 2021 due to a heart attack, Robert Tyminski passed away on May 8th, 2025.

Bobby was not only an amazing father to my nephew, Zachary, but lived for Zachary, and gave it his all every day for Zachary. Bobby was also a dear friend and a precious part of our family.

Bobby waited a long time for a heart transplant and once finally received, we all thought we were in the clear, especially Zachary, who was over the moon to finally have his Dad back. They FaceTimed every night, they saw each other as much as possible, and they shared a bond, a connection most people only wish they could have.

Since this devastating news of losing his Dad, Zachary is trying so hard to process this as most of us are also having a very difficult time doing. Bobby just turned 41 years old and his 12-year-old son meant everything to him as he has also been a great co-parent with my sister, Zachary’s Mom, Marisa Bowman.

So the point I will now get to is this, I realize that there is no amount of anything that will ever make this hurt less or bring his Dad back, that’s obvious. I do want to let everyone know that Zachary is such a great kid and respectful, caring, with a heart of gold. He is an honor student and plays sports and also gets involved at school. He is a sweet cousin and very lovable nephew, grandson, and friend. I, along with our family, have come up with something to help Zachary throughout his life now without his Dad…
