LaKesha Burnaugh passed away in Rialto, California, on March 21, 2019 at 44 years old, leaving behind a huge family - 3 children, her mother, father, sister, brother, and tons of nieces, nephews, cousins, friends and pets.




She earned four Associate of Arts degrees and was just two classes away from completing her Bachelor of Arts degree in Business Administration from Cal State San Bernardino, where she was on track to receive honors - one of her long time dreams and, in her eyes, one of her biggest accomplishments.



Kesha was willful, opinionated, loved Tweety Bird and I Love Lucy and would never miss an opportunity to root for the LA Raiders, cook a hearty meal from scratch, or sing at the top of her lungs. We will eternally be grateful for her abundant laughter, optimism, sense of humor and generous nature. Even in her death, she is helping hundreds as a cornea and tissue donor. 




A memorial service will be held at Montecito Memorial Park and Mortuary in the Cypress Chapel on Saturday, April 13, 2019 at 10:00 AM, where her ashes will be present in an urn of her favorite color: purple.
