My name is Coty Pérez - Gardner, I am from Crest Hill, IL.  Jorge was a coworker and beloved friend. All of the funds collected will be transferred to his wife Consuelo Hernandez. We want to help Jorge’s family in anyway we can with whatever they may need wether it be for funeral expenses, hospital bills or helping care for his 3 precious girls and wife. Jorge was a stand up person, always the first to give a helping hand no matter how big or how small he was always up for the task. He loved his wife Consuelo and 3 precious girls, they were his WORLD. Although surrounded by family they will have a long journey of healing and will need our help not only monetary. Jorge left them with lots of beautiful  memories just like he did for us. Losing a father, husband, son, brother and dear friend is never easy especially around the holidays. His fight with Covid-19  is our fight now and we will continue to fight for him even though he has lost his battle.
