Our amazing dad, Richard has shown incredible strength over the past 10+ years, facing one health challenge after another. From a long-term illness to a heart attack, a frightening battle with COVID-19, and a severe case of sepsis, he has spent countless hours at the Haematology Ward at Royal Berkshire Hospital receiving treatment, care, and support.

Throughout these years, the doctors, nurses, and staff at the Haematology Ward have been nothing short of heroes. Their compassion, expertise, and dedication gave our dad comfort and hope through every appointment, every treatment, and every setback.

Now, we want to give back to the people who gave so much to him.

We are raising funds to support the Haematology Ward, helping them continue their life-saving work for other patients and families. Your donations will go towards:

• Vital equipment and resources for patient care

• Comfort items for patients during treatment

• Supporting staff and services that make a difficult time a little easier

As the haematology ward doesn’t have a direct charity link to themselves- we have contacted the hospital who have advised us to collect the funds on behalf of them to ensure this specific department receives the donations in memory of Richard.
