Everyone that knows me or my family or knew my dad, knows he was my true life hero. A great man that did so much for so many people and good causes. He was a truly selfless and kind man that worked with mentally handicapped and disabled children for over 35 years, fostered children, did endless charity work and was an incredible human being, sportsman, carpenter, great husband, wonderful dad and an incredible soul!

Unfortunately we lost him last year to dementia and due to covid-19 were restricted to a funeral of only 8 people - it just did not feel fair.

I'm raising money in aid of Dementia UK and would love it if you could please join me in respecting such an incredible man whilst helping an incredible cause at the same time. Every and any donation will help!

You all know that I love a challenge and don’t like to sit still for too long - well 2021 has become about setting myself challenges and doing my best to smash them.

I have always wanted to walk from one side of our beautiful UK to the other but with current restrictions that’s not possible. But that’s where my personal challenge comes in! I want to cover the equivalent distance of 603 miles by walking in and around where I live. I started at the turn of the year and the challenge is to have covered the 603 miles by the end of March.

Game on. Come on Dad, we’ve got this!
