Support for the Werner family

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the sudden passing of David Ralph Werner on July 31, 2023. David leaves behind his beautiful wife, Deanna, his beloved dog, Gauss, and their expected child (October).

This GoFundMe has been set up to honour David's dream of providing his child with the opportunity for further education (and possibly some educational choice in early education and secondary school). David held his M.Ed and had a love for teaching and for learning.

In addition, this GoFundMe will help provide for any immediate and future needs for David's new and growing family whom he loved so much. Deanna is about to embark on the journey of parenthood in a drastically different way than she or David ever planned or imagined. Our hope is that this GoFundMe will not only honour some of the dreams David had for his family, but will also ease Deanna's load and allow her some independence as she navigates the delicate dance of joy and grief she will encounter as she welcomes and raises sweet baby Werner.
