In honoring George Itoh of Ichigoh Ramen Lounge
Our Asian service industry community is heartbroken to hear about one of our own passing. George Itoh of Ichigoh Ramen Lounge passed away suddenly on Monday Following a stroke he had Sunday the April 25th
He was the heart and soul of this ramen shop that Dallas was gifted. His time may have been limited in Dallas, but his desire to bring true Japanese ramen was what he worked hard for. While the pandemic brought hardship, George transitioned to more of a mom-and-pop business model with his wife Mie, who ran the business as a team along side with their daughters. They worked hard each day to ensure that their business would survive.
George is survived by his wife Mie and his two daughters Emma and Reiya, any generous donation is welcome. Please help anyway you can and please give respect to the family in their time of mourning.
Jimmy and I are friend's of the family and 100% of the funds will go directly to the family. We will be giving the total funds to Mie Itoh Geroge's wife at the end of this go fund. The money will help with funeral and hospital expenses.
