Makily Ashtyn Caldwell born 4/1/04 passed 5/3/24. She was an Emanuel Syndrome slayer and won her battle and gained her wings.

In October I added her to my insurance policy. I made sure my first paycheck of 2024 had the deduction and had been added. Wednesday I went to work and got her policy number and gave it to the funeral home. I was just informed the day before her service that they dropped her off the insurance the 2nd week of February because I didn't submit her birth certificate.....and didnt know I needed to. I just didn't notice they stopped deducting the .46 cents a wk.

I'm swallowing my pride and doing this and asking for help. If you know me you know that's a hard thing to do because that's just who I am. I do not expect the amount I posted as the goal. It's the cost of her service and cremation.
