On August 10th, we suffered a terrible loss of our mother Deborah Garcia. Those of you close to our mother know that these last seven years had been extremely hard for her. She exhibited a range of complex issues stemming from diabetes including a long stint of dialysis and subsequent amputations. Our mother fought hard to stay positive and strong but it had been rough on her, my father and all of her children. Yesterday, she lost her battle. She leaves behind her husband Richard Garcia, six children and ten grandchildren. We are asking for help for her funeral expenses. Additionally, in the same day as our mother's death, our father Richard Garcia suffered a heart attack. Our father is in the hospital now recovering. We are trying to take care of everything for him while he is in the hospital. We thank you all for your love, support and prayers at this time. These two horrible events have been terribly tragic for our family and we appreciate the support from our loved ones.
