Nate will be deeply missed, not only for the joy that his presence brought to those around him, but also for the positive impact that he made on our world. This fundraiser was organized by friends of Nate to honor his memory by contributing to a cause that was important to him.
Among Nate’s defining characteristics were his love of nature and his commitment to social equity. One of the ways he expressed this was through his volunteer work for Bay Area Wilderness Training, a program that enables local youth to experience leadership and personal development through wilderness exploration. By helping them fulfill their mission, we can do a small part to extend Nate's impact.
