IN HONOR OF NANCY GEU

Nancy was there for anyone that needed it. She was a friendly smile to those that needed one. Nancy supported the kids in everything they did. She was active in theatre back stage, supported dance in every form. It didn't matter what the kids wanted to do. To her friends she listened to their problems. Tried to help out where we could.
Cancer sucks! Nancy was a fighter and fought to the end. Death was not an option so she didn't to think about it. We were members of Colon Cancer support groups. We looked into clinical trials. Gave our input on how chemotherapy worked or didn't work. We were very up front about our fight. We or I wasn't ready for it to end the way it did.
She was loved by many as much and they loved her. She has many friends and family all across the country.
Something we didn't know was that we did not know is that all expenses related to cremation (her wishes) and services must be paid before any services are rendered. With out services being rendered there is no death certificate issued. Which delays insurance or social security payments.
So we are looking for help with expenses as I am unable to come up with the finances to pay for these expenses. Also we are looking to contribute to colon cancer research so we are looking at in Lieu of flowers funds to contribute to an organization of our choice.(national organization, once we do on research)
Expenses need to be paid as soon as possible to allow for the movement of Nancy from Palomar Hospital to our selected facilities. I would like to complete this with in a week. Then we will donate any extra money after expenses to the cancer research organization.
