It is with deep sorrow and heavy hearts that we share the passing of our beloved Tia Maria Baudelia Martinez — a devoted wife, mother, and grandmother — who left us far too soon on September 21, 2025, at her home in Maywood, CA.

She was a woman of deep strength, quiet humor, and unwavering love. Her greatest joy was found in family — in every memory made, every laugh shared, and every sacrifice offered in the name of love. She lived with a spirit of resilience and humility, always putting others before herself and honoring the traditions that shaped her values and legacy.

Whether you knew her for her generosity, her unintended humor, or her calm, comforting presence — Tia Baudelia touched lives in countless ways. Her absence leaves a void that cannot be filled, but her spirit lives on in the love she gave and the strength she instilled in those around her.

Our Lord leaves us with the comfort reflected in the following words —

As we gather to honor her memory, we also stand beside our uncle and cousins during this painful time. In addition to their deep grief, the family is also navigating the financial challenges that come with unexpected funeral costs.
