In Honor of Joshua Smelser

On September 4th in a senseless act of violence the world lost a gentle, kind, and caring soul.
Joshua was a loving Son. Brother, and Pet Parent. He had a passion for all living things and was dedicated to helping everyone that he met. Those who had the opportunity to truly know Joshua were blessed to call him a friend and a person you could count on no matter what.
As many of you may know, Joshua was living in Michigan and this fundraiser is to help cover the expenses to his family as they work to put all the pieces together and bring Joshua home.
Any monies raised that go beyond what is needed to cover these expenses will be used to continue Joshua’s legacy by starting a scholarship fund to attend the Nurtured by Nature for all future “Otter Freaks” and to support Joshua’s other passion of helping new artist entering the music business.
Please take this opportunity to help the family by alleviating some of the financial concerns and to keep Joshua’s legacy of giving to others alive.
