Jack was the most genuine and unique person I have ever met. He touched every person around him and instantly lit up any room. He  loved to make those around him happy, always having the biggest smile,  and would try to help others in any way. I thought we could honor his memory by donating to the Children's Hospital in his name. Any size of donation is welcomed. We all love you Jack
